A 4-day programme which starts on September 19 and has been developed by the Erasmus Center for Data Analytics (ECDA) in collaboration with various experts from academia and practice, with examples from guest speakers.

Now that immersive technologies, such as Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, are becoming more mainstream, it is time to look at the possibilities for the added value of these technologies within the digital strategic agenda of organizations.

The new Leadership Programme is a transformative initiative that equips participants (individually or in teams) with the knowledge and skills to effectively use immersive technologies. Through a series of modules, demos, guest speakers and practice-oriented assignments, participants will actively explore the strategic integration and added value of XR for their organization.

XR offers all kinds of new possibilities, for example in the context of training, decision-making, collaboration and user experiences with customers and employees. The program aims to help organizations understand these technologies and develop a strategy and innovation approach to realize the value from these technologies.

The programme is organized in the Erasmus Data Collaboratory | House of AI, on the Campus Woudestein of Erasmus University Rotterdam.

The programme also includes:

• a visit to an immersive experience on location
• a dinner with the participants and participation in the Immersive Tech Week Rotterdam in December this year.

The language of the program is English. If all participants are Dutch-speaking, it will be chosen to use Dutch as the working language, with the exception of the modules with an English-speaking speaker.
