Together with experts from the circular economy, we take you into daily practice. In addition, we offer a unique view of estimating financial opportunities and risks within circular entrepreneurship.
This event is an opportunity to take concrete steps, overcome challenges, and shape the future of your company sustainably.
Program

Plenary section: 16:10 – 16:40
Workshop: 16:40 – 17:30

Plenary part
We start the session with presentations from both inspiring entrepreneurs and a financing expert within the circular economy:
Christiaan Hamminga, director of Kegs United, shares his experiences with this collaborative initiative: a joint barrel pool that promotes both logistical efficiency and circularity through standardization. The use of refillable barrels drastically reduces disposable variants. Christiaan takes you on his journey towards a successful circular business model.
Harm van Deuren, co-founder and director of Stadshaven Brouwerij Rotterdam, one of the breweries in the barrel pool, explains why his company participates in this initiative.
Rob van Willigen, expert in Circular Economics at ABN AMRO and member of the Kopgroep Circular Financing, introduces the Circular Risk Scorecard, an open-source tool that can better assess the opportunities and risks of circular entrepreneurship.
Workshop
With the insights from the presentations, you will then get to work designing your own circular business model. Nadia Koppenol, business developer at BlueCity, discusses the CIRCO Tracks methodology, a seven-step process that allows entrepreneurs to develop a circular revenue model. There is also room to take the first steps in this process immediately.
We end the afternoon with a networking drink, where you can talk and share experiences with other participants.
