The Regatta is a global gathering to connect wo(men) in tech to mentors, peers & resources.

The 5th annual Women in Tech Regatta (WiT) includes activities, events, panels and workshops designed to drive positive change, innovation, and workplace diversity in the tech industry.

The Regatta is an inclusive event; all are welcome and encouraged to participate regardless of area(s) of expertise, gender, and career levels. We are committed to being a collaborative platform for people, ideas, and discourse.

Women in Tech Regatta passionately believes in the power of community and strive to build new connections in an ever-growing ecosystem. This boutique event is designed to give attendees access to mentors, peers, resources, and job opportunities. After all, the motto is #RelationshipsAreTheTrueCurrency, join and find your new friend, new boss and your community at the Regatta.
