About 4YFN’27

4YFN brings the international startup ecosystem together alongside Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

While MWC originally focused primarily on telecommunications, it has developed into a much broader technology event covering a wide range of digital innovations.

4YFN gives startups and scale-ups their own dedicated environment within the event, attracting organisations, investors, scouts and innovation teams looking for emerging technologies and new opportunities for collaboration.

4YFN’27 Awards

🏆 Looking for additional international exposure?

Startups can also apply separately for the 4YFN’27 Awards.

The competition gives selected startups the opportunity to showcase their company at 4YFN’27. The Top 20 receive an exhibition pod, international exposure and a €1,500 cash prize, while the overall winner receives €20,000.

Applications for the 4YFN’27 Awards close on 26 October 2026 at 17:00 CET.

The Awards application is separate from registration for the Dutch delegation.
