Mischulaikah Grune: Making health personal.

Personalised health starts with understanding the person behind the data. For Mischulaikah Grune, Founder of OrthoFoodie, that idea grew from her own experience with health challenges and the struggle to find guidance that truly connected nutrition, lifestyle and personal health data.

With a background in software development and years of study in functional medicine, Mischulaikah decided to build the solution she had been looking for herself. OrthoFoodie brings different parts of a person’s health together in one platform, turning data into personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

5 Founder Facts.

1. PERSONALISED HEALTH STARTS WITH DATA.

OrthoFoodie turns personal health data into personalised nutrition advice for better health and performance.

Instead of looking at nutrition in isolation, the platform connects different signals to create guidance that fits the individual.

2. A PERSONAL CHALLENGE BECAME THE STARTING POINT.

Mischulaikah built OrthoFoodie after facing a life-changing autoimmune disease herself.

Her founder journey did not start with spotting a market opportunity. It started with trying to understand her own health and finding that the right digital support was missing.

3. IF THE RIGHT TOOL DOESN’T EXIST, BUILD IT.

Unable to find the health app she needed, Mischulaikah decided to create it herself.

4. HEALTH IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU EAT.

OrthoFoodie combines nutrition, sleep, lifestyle and health data into one intelligent platform.

That broader view is central to the product: understanding health means looking beyond a single meal, habit or data point.

5. A MISSION BUILT AROUND BETTER HEALTH.

Her mission started with one fundamental question: can people improve their health when they receive the right support?

For Mischulaikah, technology is the tool, not the end goal. The bigger ambition is to make personalised health guidance more useful and accessible to the people who need it.

Beyond the five facts.

Mischulaikah’s story goes beyond building a healthtech product. It is also about turning personal experience into purpose and deciding what kind of company she wants to build around that purpose. Rather than separating technology from health, she uses both disciplines to create something she once needed herself.

Her journey also raises a bigger founder question: what happens when the problem you are solving is deeply personal? For Mischulaikah, that connection became a source of direction. It shaped the product, the mission and the way she approaches entrepreneurship.

OrthoFoodie is therefore not simply about collecting more health data. It is about turning that information into something people can actually understand and use.
